Guided by Pastry Chef Jelissa Lamboy, Owner of The Sugar Connection and Executive Pastry Chef at the award-winning Briar Barn Inn, guests will create Chef Lamboy’s highly acclaimed Cinnamon Cake. Learn how to pipe buttercream leaves & decorate with apple and autumn decor to create a beautifully crafted fall bento cake.
